Description
This tin package is very creative. We simulate the structure of stereo to do the hollows out of one side of the tin box body and make a slot for the mobile phone on the lid. When the mobile phone plays music, the tin box will create amplification effect. It is very good time and atmosphere for enjoying wine with friends.
As for the printing, we provide you with offset printing. Offset printing ensures high accuracy and great effect of color. Both CMYK and pantone are available. It can be CMYK printing. It can be pantone color printing. It can also be combination of both CMYK and pantone color printing. We have employed master experts working for over 50 years in printing industry. They can exactly figure out and mix the right colors for you.
As for finish, we have glossing varnish, matt varnish, glossing & matt finish, wrinkle varnish, crackle finish, rubber finish, pearl ink finish, orange peel finish, etc. Any finish you prefer, we can make it for you.
If you need embossing on the tin box, we could make embossing tooling as per your requirements. There are flat embossing, 3D embossing and micro embossing for options.

Mold building lead time: generally 30 calendar days.
Sample lead time: Generally it takes 10-12 calendar days to make samples of tin packaging.
Conformity: Raw materials are MSDS certified and finished products can pass the certification of 94/62/EC, EN71-1, 2, 3, FDA, REACH, ROHS, LFGB.
