Description

This is three-piece tin. It is made by 0.23mm tinplate with triangular shape. Lid edge is rolled out and bottom is rolled inside. Lid could be movable and put on bottom part after opening. It is also very helpful, and avoid losing the lid after opening a box. If you need embossing on your tin box, we could make embossing tooling by experts according to your requirements. There are three kinds of embossing to meet different requirements of clients. They are flat embossing, 3D embossing and micro embossing.

White coating base makes the printed color brighter and artwork makes the tin more meaningful. The printing is in both CMYK colors and one Pantone color. We have employed master experts working for over 50 years in printing industry. They can exactly figure out and mix the right colors for you

Surface is normal glossy finishing. Actually, matt finishing, rubber finishing, pearl ink finish, crackle finishing, orange finishing are also suitable for this tin. It mainly depends on artworks requirements and cost consideration.

Inside PET tray is also an option. You can also consider not to put a PET tray inside. It depends on what you needed. With a tray, the chocolates can stay in order inside the tin box.

All the raw materials, not only the raw materials of tinplate, ink, but also the PET tray, are MSDS certified and finished products can pass the certification of 94/62/EC, EN71-1, 2, 3, FDA, REACH, ROHS, LFGB.  

We can do customization for different shapes for different orders. An irregular shape tin box could be more attractive than a normal tin box on the shelf, especially when the tin box shape is like the product contained inside the box. Tinplate is malleable raw material and it is a quite different from the paper box. Because it can be punched and shaped into different structure, with or without embossment.
