Why we use tin box for packing chocolate? First of all, it can be made into different shapes. Secondly, tinplate has no odor and will not cause a mixed odor to the chocolate to affect the quality of the chocolate. In addition, the chocolate tin box is more airtight, anti-fall, moisture resistant, light shading and aroma-retention than other materials such as paper or glass. It can keep the chocolate fresh. Thirdly, the chocolate is easily deformed under force or in shock or vibration. The chocolate tin box has good rigidity and is not easily deformed after molding, which can well protect the chocolate in transportation.

This box has two parts, one is tin box part, and the other is plastic bracket. Since this round tin height is 90mm, normal punching machine is not working for this box. It must be punched by hydraulic machine whose weight is 275 tons while normally the punching machine is just 16 or 25 tons.

Offset printing ensures high accuracy and great effect of color with less possibility of fading than any other printing process. Both CMYK and pantone are available. It can be CMYK printing. Above the printing, there is a protection layer which we call varnish or finish. We have glossing varnish, matt varnish, glossing & matt finish, wrinkle varnish, crackle finish, rubber finish, pearl ink finish, orange peel finish, etc. Any finish you prefer, we can make it for you.

If you need embossing on your tin box, we could make embossing tooling according to your requirements.
