This hinged tin packaging can accommodate 10 cigars of 80mm length. Its structure of rolled-in edge for both lid and body makes buyers easier to take and kids more difficult to open. Two function points on the embedded tinplate increase the stability and safety of a hinged tin box. And we own different technologies to make various styles of tin box even made in same mold. Several kinds of tinplate are also offered to achieve different effects including normal one, shiny tinplate, sand blasted tinplate, mesh tinplate and galvanized tinplate.

As for the printing, both CMYK and pantone are available. We are equipped with automatic printing lines with the most advanced offset printing machines- Fuji Primex 453. And we employ HK experts with over 50 years’ experiences in printing industry. 

We have glossing varnish, matt varnish, glossing & matt finish, wrinkle varnish, crackle finish, rubber finish, pearl ink finish, orange peel finish, etc.

We can also do customization for you if you would like to pay for the mold cost. As long as you can dream it, we can make it.

Mold building lead time: generally 30 calendar days.

Sample lead time: Generally it takes 10-12 calendar days to make samples of tin packaging.

Packing: You can name the quantity of tin boxes per carton you prefer, we will customize the ideal carton for you. 

Conformity: Raw materials are MSDS certified and finished products can pass the certification of 94/62/EC, EN71-1, 2, 3, FDA, REACH, ROHS, LFGB.
